OnTask Browser Extension Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy sets forth details with respect to the collection and handling of information, including personally identifiable data and other information that is collected from Users of the OnTask browser extension (“OnTask”) provided by Realty Career Advocates LLC through RealtyConnection.com. Use of RealtyConnection.com is governed by a different privacy policy available through RealtyConnection.com/privacypolicy.


By using OnTask, You consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy. If You have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, You should contact us at info@realtyconnection.com.


"Personal Information" means information that would allow a third party to learn Your identity or contact You, including, for example, Your full name, address, telephone number, or email address.

We do not sell or rent Your Personal Information to third parties for the purposes of marketing the products or services provided by those third parties to You. We use other third parties to provide analytics on for OnTask. When You sign up for OnTask, we will share aggregate click data as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Although we may disclose aggregated information about the use of OnTask, that information does not contain Personal Information. The sharing of this data will include your Membership ID that was assigned to You upon registration. The information that you provide in your profile is visible to Real Estate Companies and our other service providers with the exception of your Name, Email, and Phone. If you change your settings and allow this information to be visible, then you are authorizing us through OnTask to display this information in any emails or Leads sent to the companies You viewed. By default, You are anonymous, and when a lead is shared, all communication is done through our message center. If You provide Your Personal Information to one of our companies via telephone or direct communication such as email, You do so at Your own discretion and we are not liable for the privacy policies of 3rd party companies. We may share Personal Information with our contractors and service providers only with permission from You. In the case of criminal investigations, including but not limited to fraud or alleged illegal activity, we may share Your Personal Information with law enforcement, government, and/or credit card issuing banks.


As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy lines of business or assets that may involve OnTask. If all or substantially all of our business (or a line of business) or assets (or the assets of a line of business) are acquired by a third party, Personal Information of OnTask Users will be one of the transferred business assets. We reserve the right to include Your collected Personal Information and other information we collect as described herein as an asset in any such transfer to a third party.



Information We Collect and How We Use That Information

Any of the Personal Information we collect from You may be used in one or more of the following ways:

  • • To personalize your experience and provide services to you in relation to Ontask (Your Personal Information helps us to better respond to your individual needs).
  • • To improve Ontask (we continually strive to improve OnTask based on the Personal Information and feedback we receive from You).
  • • To improve customer service (your Personal Information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service and support needs).


In order to register and receive data on company compensation plans, we require Users to provide contact information, including name, email address, zip code, and commission income information.


Sensitive information such as Your income level and credit card information will be kept completely private.


Should You post a resume, the amount of information You choose to keep confidential is entirely up to Your discretion. You may enter as much or as little information as You choose. All information posted will only be visible to the companies for which You have expressed interest, and will be done so anonymously unless otherwise specified. RealtyConnection.com does not make any guarantee that any company for which You have expressed interest will hire You.


We use other third parties to provide credit card processing services on our Website. When You sign up for Premium membership, we will process Your full payment information including credit cards through a third party payment processor that is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.


If Your Personal Information changes, You may correct, or update it by logging in to Your account on RealtyConnection.com. We will retain and use Your information as set forth herein and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.



Termination

To terminate Your account for OnTask, you must email cancellation@realtyconnection.com or send postal mail to Realty Connection, LLC 274 Union Blvd #220 Lakewood, CO 80228 and expressly notify Your request to cancel. Ten (10) day notice prior to billing cycle is required for cancellation. Please see Realty Connection Disclaimer for additional information on cancellation.



Internet Protocol Address

Like most websites, we collect Internet Protocol ("IP") address from all Users of OnTask. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to Your computer when You use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Website, analyze trends, track Users' movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve OnTask, and deliver customized, personalized content.



Use of "Cookies"

Like most websites, we may use cookies to enhance Your experience on OnTask. Cookies are pieces of information that some websites transfer to the computer that is browsing that website and are used for record-keeping purposes. Use of cookies makes web-surfing easier by performing certain functions such as saving Your passwords and Your personal preferences regarding Your use of the particular website. We do link the information we store in cookies to any Personal Information you enter into your account settings on OnTask. This link is only used internally for OnTask usage tracking.
